          II.      Increasing one’s motivation

2. Motivation can be in term of satisfy employee needs or provide certain rewards to them. (McGraw- Hills, 2004)  

       III.      Forming network connection

  

1. Meet people and make new friends are ways to increase your network connection also there’s always the likelihood that you can help someone or vice versa. (David Burkus, 2013)
2. Enhance ability to unite and lead a disintegrated society of different sects and religious belief. (The Star Online, 2013)

       IV.      Sharpening communication skills

A.       Enhance individual use various tactics and startegies, verbal and non-verbal,

B.        Teach employees to understand how to communicate and steps to stop doing does things that create communication barriers.  (McGraw-Hills, 2004)
